The Twigs® are alt-pop musicians, twin sisters, singer/songwriters and multi-instrumentalists, Linda Good and Laura Good. The LA Weekly proclaimed them “silky voiced sirens with universal appeal”. Their critically acclaimed CD “The Universe Tonight” was produced by Grammy Producer of the Year nominee, Johnny K. Several of their songs from their many well-reviewed CDs have found their way onto major radio across the country, and their music continues to be heard in television and film around the world.
Linda and Laura also wrote an original musical, “Ladyship”, inspired by the true story of a ship of women convicts sent to Australia from England in 1789. LadyShip was an Official Grand Jury Selection of the NYMF 2019 and made its debut at The Alice Griffin Theater in NYC. It was also a finalist for the 2020 Richard Rodgers Award for Musical Theater.
Current projects include writing more new musicals (see Current Projects page), writing a new music-based dramedy TV pilot (TAHOE ’68) and co-producing and writing new music for The Twigs.
